New Patient Information
We’re excited to be the primary dentists for kids of all ages and do our best to ensure that our patients have a good time in our office! We take special care to make sure that babies, children, adolescents, and young adults all feel comfortable in our office, so you can rest assured that we will take excellent care of your children for many years to come! We understand that some children (and parents!) will be anxious, so we always make sure to explain what we do and give ample opportunities for questions.
If you are a new patient to our office, the attached file contains our new patient bundle with forms that will need to be filled out when you arrive at our office. Printing them, filling them out and bringing them with you will allow us to attend to your medical needs more quickly than completing them on your arrival. Thank you and please call our office if you have any questions at all.
First Dental Visit
We can’t wait to meet you!
The American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry recommends that your child visit the dentist by his/her first birthday. Your child might be scared of going to the dentist at such an early age. Our staff will work to mitigate this fear, as they are highly trained in making sure your child feels relaxed and comfortable as we work to maintain their dental hygiene.
Children need a fun and safe environment to feel comfortable. For this reason, we make sure your child has a positive experience from the moment they enter our office. This helps build trust with your child and helps them to feel relaxed during future visits. Our office is designed to feel safe, warm and fun so that your child feels at home.
We are highly experienced in effectively explaining dental treatment procedures to children and calming those who may feel some anxiety concerning the experience. Parents should always accompany children during their visit so that they feel comfortable. During the first visit, we will record the child’s history and explain our procedures in detail to you and your child.
Our vast experience in pediatric dentistry will ensure that you and your children receive the best service each and every step of the way.
First Orthodontics Visit
Complimentary First Exam
We offer a complimentary examination to our orthodontics clients. During this examination, we will address any concerns and questions you may have. While our staff is highly trained to deal with any issue you may have, we urge you to ask as many questions as possible. Here are the most common questions that we receive:
- What are the conditions that orthodontics can address?
- Do any permanent teeth need to be removed?
- How long will treatment take?
- How much will my treatment cost?
- What are the available payment options?
We are committed to making sure your child achieves the most beautiful smile possible.
Kindly contact us at our office to schedule an appointment.
At the time of your first visit to our clinic, you will need to provide the following information:
- Any X-Ray taken within the last six months
- If you have orthodontic insurance, or one that covers orthodontic practice, kindly bring the details with you so that we can assess the cost of treatment
- Completed new patient forms
Insurance and Payment Plans Accepted
